Description
He was a farmer once — a hat on his head, mud on his boots, and a life's worth of calluses on his hands. Now the hat is crooked, the boots are gone, and whatever moves those bones answers to no living master.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Zombie Villager sculpt captures that particular horror that only undead peasants can deliver: the mundane made monstrous. Tattered trousers hang from a gaunt, rotting frame, exposed ribs and torn flesh sculpted with grim precision. One clawed hand reaches forward mid-lurch, jaw agape in that classic mindless snarl. The battered wide-brimmed hat — somehow still perched on a skeletal skull — is a brilliant touch that grounds this undead horror in the village it once called home. This is not a warrior risen from the grave; this is your neighbour, and that is far worse.
Whether you're running a necromancer's siege on a rural hamlet, populating the streets of a plague-stricken town, or assembling a shambling horde to overwhelm your players, this sculpt brings genuine character to what could so easily be a throwaway encounter creature. Equally at home on a display shelf as on a battlemat, it rewards careful painting — the ravaged musculature, wound details, and weathered clothing all hold fine detail beautifully.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Run horror-tinged D&D 5e or TTRPG campaigns set in villages, graveyards, or plague lands
- Need undead NPCs with genuine character rather than interchangeable drones
- Enjoy painting undead flesh tones, torn cloth, and decay effects
- Collect display miniatures with strong narrative presence
Encounter Hook:
The party arrives in Millhaven to find the harvest festival silent — stalls overturned, lanterns unlit. Then, from the granary doorway, a figure lurches into the torchlight: wide-brimmed hat askew, jaw working soundlessly, clawed hands reaching. Behind it, six more emerge from the shadows. The villagers of Millhaven are home. They just aren't alive.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base ships unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Support marks are removed before dispatch; as with all resin miniatures, minor imperfections can occasionally occur and are easily tidied up before priming. The miniature arrives fully cured and ready for paint.
