This is our Custom Character Printing Service, designed for adventurers who have already built their dream mini using one of the major character creation platforms — Hero Forge, Eldritch Foundry, TitanCraft, Desktop Hero, or similar STL-download services. You design it, you send us the file, and we handle the rest: supports, print, clean-up, and dispatch. Whether it's your long-running campaign paladin, a notorious villain NPC, or a creature sculpt you've been tweaking for months, we'll get it off the screen and onto your table.
All custom characters are printed at 32mm scale as standard. XXL-sized characters (as designated by the original platform) are listed at a separate price tier due to their significantly larger print volume. Standard and XL sizes are treated the same. If you'd like a different scale or have specific requests about how your file is handled, just drop us a message before ordering and we'll sort it out together.

How to order:
- Head to your preferred character creation platform (e.g. Hero Forge, Eldritch Foundry, TitanCraft) and build your character.
- Purchase the STL download option from that platform — this gives you the digital file of your mini.
- Purchase this listing, then send your STL file to us at mitznsimz@gmail.com, or share a download link via Google Drive or similar.
- We'll download, support, print, clean, and ship your custom miniature directly to you.
Please note: If your STL file comes from a platform not listed above, message us before purchasing to confirm we can accommodate it. If you'd like your mini scaled differently, let us know in advance. Your STL file remains entirely your property — we delete it once your order is fulfilled and make no claim to any further use of the file.

Shipping & Delivery
We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
We aim to dispatch most orders within a week from when the order is placed but for larger orders we ask that they can take up to 3 weeks.
If there is a delay with the order, we will get in touch with you.
If you have specific timing related needs, please get in touch with us or leave a Note on your order.
Returns Policy
If there is an issue with your item, please get in touch with us so that we can work together to sort it out so that you are satisfied with your item.
If you have changed your mind and would like to return the item, you can return the item to use for a refund of the item cost (not shipping if the item had postage fee). Return postage to be paid by the customer.
