The Zombie Unicorn is one of those creatures that stops a table cold. There's something deeply unsettling about the corruption of something sacred, and this sculpt captures that brilliantly. The hide is riddled with decay — deep pockmarks and ragged patches of deteriorating flesh across the flanks and neck — while the mane still flows as if caught mid-gallop, a ghostly echo of former majesty. The skeletal face is drawn back into a rictus snarl, and the legs show exposed structure beneath the rotting skin. It moves with purpose, not the shambling gait of a common zombie, but something that still remembers what it was — and resents every moment of what it's become.
For Dungeon Masters, this is a centrepiece creature. Drop it into a Feywild hexcrawl, a desecrated nature shrine, or the retinue of a necromancer who's grown bold enough to corrupt celestial beasts.
