Zombie Hands Lights by Epic Miniatures

Even the street lights are undead here — each iron post crowned by a rotting hand that clutches a dim lantern, as though the dead themselves light the way through this cursed city.

- ✔ Compatible with standard 28mm–32mm miniature scales
- ✔ Works on the gaming table and as part of a display diorama
This set of three zombie hand lamp posts delivers exactly the kind of environmental storytelling that separates a good horror session from a truly unsettling one. Each post is a distinct design — one a tall fluted column topped with a pointed finial, one a sinuous curved post with ornate ironwork scrolls, and one a broader architectural pillar — but all three share the same grim flourish: a skeletal, rotting hand dangling from the top, gripping a battered lantern with tattered cloth wicking hanging loose beneath it.
The sculpts are rendered in a digital-render style that showcases exceptional detail — fluted column shafts, decorative acanthus leaf bases, and elegantly curling wrought-iron scrollwork give these posts a gothic aristocratic feel, as though they once lined the boulevards of some great city before the curse fell. The zombie hands themselves are the centrepiece: withered, clawed, and draped in hanging rags, they turn an ordinary piece of street furniture into an immediate declaration that something has gone deeply, horribly wrong here.
Unpainted in grey resin, these terrain pieces are a gift for painters — the contrast between ornate metalwork and decaying flesh gives you two completely different painting challenges in a single piece, and the tattered cloth wicking on each lantern rewards fine detail work handsomely. Based on flat rectangular plinths, they sit securely on any gaming surface without the need for additional basing.
A great choice for adventurers who:
- Run Ravenloft, gothic horror, or dark urban campaigns
- Want atmospheric scatter terrain that does environmental storytelling on its own
- Are building a graveyard, cursed city, or Shadowfell diorama or display board
- Love painting projects that combine architecture and creature detail in one piece
- Need varied lamp post designs across the same thematic set
Encounter Hook: The party enters the fog-choked streets of Barovia's outer town, following the faint glow of the lamp posts — until one of the lights ahead snuffs out, and the hand holding the lantern slowly turns to point directly at them.
