Description

It was a soldier once — now it lurches forward on dead legs, rusted sword dragging, mouth agape, fingers grasping at the living with hollow, relentless purpose.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This zombie is a character rather than a prop. Where many undead sculpts settle for a shambling silhouette, Atlanticus Arts has pressed genuine menace into every detail — the exposed ribcage visible through tatters of rotting cloth, the corroded sword clutched in a death-grip, one clawed hand raised as if mid-lunge. The jaw hangs open in a silent snarl, and the sunken, milky eyes sit in a face that has clearly seen better centuries. There is a horrible suggestion of the soldier this creature once was: buckled belts still cinched around a decaying torso, the remnants of armour straps hanging in strips of leathery flesh.

The scenic base adds another layer of grim storytelling — the zombie strides across a scattered field of skulls and bones, implying a battlefield or crypt that has long since fallen to whatever dark power raised it. Whether you want to drybrush it up into a pallid grey-green horror or take your time with layered necrotic flesh tones, this sculpt rewards every approach.

Available at 32mm scale (with a decorative bone-strewn base) or as a larger 75mm display variant — both printed to order in the UK. The multipart nature of the sculpt means cleaner joins and crisper detail where it counts.

Great for adventurers who:

  • Need a high-quality undead rank-and-file that holds up to close inspection
  • Are building a necromancer's horde for a campaign encounter
  • Want a rewarding painting subject with masses of texture — bone, rotting cloth, rusted metal, and exposed anatomy all in one sculpt
  • Are running Ravenloft, a crypt delve, or any gothic horror campaign arc
  • Collect undead miniatures for display as well as play

Encounter Hook

The party descends into the crypt beneath Kellmere Chapel and finds the burial niches already emptied — and then, from the far end of the ossuary, they hear the wet scrape of a rusted sword being dragged across stone. One zombie, then two, then the torchlight reveals a dozen more rising between the pillars. The necromancer they've been tracking is closer than they thought.
