This is the second pose in our Zombie range from Yasashii Kyojin Studios, and it captures something far more unsettling than a simple shambling corpse. The sculpt presents two distinct interpretations of undead horror: one a gaunt, skeletal figure hauling itself forward with one arm outstretched and clawed fingers grasping at the air — the hollow eye sockets and exposed teeth giving it a visceral, predatory energy; the other a more fleshy, grotesquely contorted form, body twisted sideways with one arm raking upward and the torso streaked with ropy, decaying tissue. Both radiate that particular breed of dread that makes players check their flanks.
Whether you're building a graveyard ambush, a necromancer's shambling horde, or a plague-ridden village encounter, Zombie 02 brings a sense of desperate, relentless hunger to your table. These are not the slow, comedic undead of popular fiction — these are creatures mid-lunge, mid-drag, caught in the awful moment of the hunt. They paint up beautifully as display pieces too, with the deep anatomical detail rewarding washes and layering alike.

Encounter Hook:
The party follows a trail of drag marks through the mud — each set showing only two hands, no feet. When they reach the collapsed barn door, something inside has already begun pulling itself through the gap, one clawed hand at a time, and it has not noticed them yet.
Scaled to 32mm. Available with or without a plain black base — the base is supplied unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Each piece is quality checked before dispatch, though minor marks from support removal are possible as a natural part of the production process; these are easily tidied up before painting.
