Masilon is no common Yuan-Ti brute. This sculpt portrays him as a warrior of genuine rank: broad-shouldered and bare-chested, his serpentine head crowned with layered scales, those cold emerald eyes fixed on something just past you. His armour tells a story of conquest — teal and gold greaves, pauldrons etched with serpentine knotwork, a heavy ornamental belt buckle bearing a sun-eye motif. In one hand he carries a broad rune-etched cleaver, its blade inscribed with glyphs that suggest this weapon has seen ritual use as much as battlefield use. The other hand hangs open — fingers spread, ready to grasp or crush.
This is a miniature built for consequence. Whether he's the enforcer of a Yuan-Ti pureblood cult, a gladiatorial champion freed from a Mesoamerican-inspired arena, or a bodyguard whose loyalties have quietly shifted, Masilon commands attention on the tabletop. The sculpt holds up equally well as a painted display piece — the scale detail on the head and the layered armour panels reward careful brushwork with washes and highlights.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Run Yuan-Ti encounters and want a warrior-class figure distinct from generic snake cultists
- Need a visually authoritative NPC or boss monster for a desert ruin, gladiatorial pit, or temple stronghold
- Play Lizardfolk or Yuan-Ti player characters and want a striking miniature to represent them
- Collect and paint fantasy humanoid minis with rich armour and weapon detail
Encounter Hook:
The party has been hired to recover a stolen idol from the Yuan-Ti compound — but when they reach the inner sanctum, Masilon is already waiting, arms open, blade lowered. He tells them, very calmly, that the idol was never stolen. He says the person who hired them is the one they should be afraid of. Then he stops talking.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The figure and decorative base are separate pieces, designed to be attached with superglue — some sculpts interact closely with their bases, so we recommend fitting them before priming. Printed to a high level of detail; support marks are removed as part of our process, though minor imperfections inherent to the medium may occasionally be present and are straightforward to tidy up.
