Description

Somewhere beneath the desert sands, a hooded figure raises his serpent-crowned staff and the air thickens with ancient venom-magic — the Yuan-Ti cult has a new high priest, and he has plans for your party.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This sculpt from La Louve 3D captures a Yuan-Ti male in a commanding sorcerer-priest pose: hood flared wide like a cobra mid-strike, one clawed hand raised in mid-incantation, the other gripping a tall staff topped with a crescent-forked serpent finial. His scaled tail coils behind him, his muscular torso is wrapped in a simple ritual sash, and every surface — from the ridged hood scales to the splayed taloned feet — is rendered with exceptional anatomical detail. This is not a generic snake-man; this is a specific, characterful figure that reads immediately as dangerous and intelligent.

Yuan-Ti purebloods and abominations make for some of the most compelling villains and faction leaders in D&D 5e, and this wizard variant leans hard into that scholarly menace. Whether he's the architect of a serpentine conspiracy in a desert city, a rival spellcaster encountered in a forgotten temple, or a warped sage offering forbidden knowledge at a steep price, this miniature carries real narrative weight at the table. He's equally compelling as a display piece for collectors drawn to the serpentfolk aesthetic.

A great fit for adventurers who:

  • Need a Yuan-Ti spellcaster, cult leader, or boss monster for a desert or Underdark encounter
  • Are running campaigns with Yuan-Ti factions, serpent cults, or ancient civilisation lore
  • Want a characterful Wizard or Sorcerer miniature for a serpentfolk player character
  • Collect fantasy creatures and humanoid monster minis for display

Encounter Hook:
The party follows rumours of disappearances to a half-buried ziggurat east of the trade road. Inside, they find a Yuan-Ti priest standing over a ritual circle of petrified travellers — staff raised, hood spread, and a cold smile on his fanged face. He already knows their names. He has been expecting them.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. The decorative base is available as a separate option and is recommended — some sculpts interact with their base in ways that enhance the overall composition. The miniature arrives ready for priming and painting, or use it straight from the box if unpainted suits your table. As with all hand-finished resin pieces, minor marks from support removal may occasionally be present and are easily cleaned up.
