The Yochlol is one of the most unsettling fiends in the D&D monster catalogue — a shapeshifting demon in service to the Spider Queen herself, capable of assuming the form of a drow, a spider, or this: its true form, a roiling mass of tentacles and alien biology that defies easy description. Novaminis have leaned fully into that horror here, sculpting a figure that radiates wrongness from every angle.

The silhouette is immediately arresting. Dozens of sinuous tendrils erupt from a central mass, some curling outward like grasping fingers, others trailing down to form a writhing nest of limbs where legs might otherwise be. At the apex, a vaguely cephalopod-like head stretches upward, hollow and eyeless, as though straining toward some dark goddess's whispered command. There is no symmetry here, no comfort — just the fluid, churning energy of something that exists in a shape it chose rather than one it was born with.
