This Yeti Abomination is not content to lurk in the blizzard — it has clambered atop a jagged boulder and raised both clawed arms in a ferocious, full-body roar. The sculpt captures raw, primal fury in every detail: thick matted fur rippling across enormous shoulders, a wide-mouthed snarl exposing rows of teeth, and powerful haunches tensed for a devastating leap. The rocky outcrop base adds real dynamism to the piece, lifting the creature above the battlefield and giving it genuine tabletop presence.
Labelled as Huge size on the render image, this yeti abomination will tower over standard 32mm miniatures on the table — making it the centrepiece of any arctic or mountain encounter. The scale reference die visible in the product image confirms just how imposing this sculpt is relative to a standard d20. Whether you are running a frozen wilderness campaign, a Rime of the Frostmaiden-style adventure, or simply want a magnificent brute for your monster collection, this miniature delivers the physicality the creature deserves.
The level of detail in the fur texture alone rewards careful painting — drybrushing and washes will bring out every strand beautifully, and the open pose means all surfaces are easily accessible for a brush.
Particularly well-suited for adventurers who:
- Are running arctic, mountain, or frozen wilderness campaigns
- Need a large, imposing monster encounter centrepiece
- Want a show-stopping display piece for their collection
- Are building out a yeti warband or beast-heavy encounter table
- Enjoy high-detail sculpts that reward patient, layered painting
Encounter Hook: The party has been tracking a missing ranger through the Frostspine Pass when they hear a thunderous crash ahead. Rounding a snowdrift, they find the ranger's sled overturned — and perched atop a boulder twenty feet away, a yeti abomination rears up with both arms raised, bellowing a challenge that shakes loose snow from the cliff face above. Initiative, please.
Details
This miniature is supplied unpainted and unassembled where applicable. The sculpt is labelled Huge scale by the artist, meaning it is significantly larger than a standard 32mm miniature and will occupy the table space appropriate to a Huge creature in D&D fifth edition. The rocky base is integrated into the sculpt. Designed by Epic Miniatures — visit their collection to explore more of their creature and monster range.
