The Xorn is one of D&D's most genuinely unsettling Elemental creatures — a being from the Plane of Earth that phases through solid stone as easily as a fish moves through water, drawn unerringly to precious metals and gems. This sculpt by MZ4250 captures that otherworldly bulk brilliantly: a squat, heavily armoured torso covered in overlapping scales and stony nodules, three thick arms raised with wickedly curved claws, a crown of jagged spines, and splayed three-toed feet rooted to the base.
