Description
It does not walk — it drifts, robes trailing into nothing, the ribcage beneath exposed like a wound that never healed, and its clawed hands reach for you as though it remembers what warmth once felt like.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This Wraith miniature from The Toadstool Weaver captures one of D&D's most chilling undead threats with remarkable sculptural clarity. The hooded skull leers from beneath tattered fabric, while the skeletal torso is left bare — an unsettling reminder that whatever flesh once covered these bones has long since dissolved into shadow. Both arms are raised and outstretched, grasping claws spread wide, giving the figure a dynamic, lunging presence that reads immediately as hostile across any battlemat.
The flowing robes are sculpted with extraordinary movement and texture — layered folds that billow and tear at the hem, suggesting a form only partially anchored to the material world. This is a miniature that works equally well as a centrepiece encounter creature on the gaming table and as a showcase display piece on a collector's shelf.
Well suited for adventurers who:
- Need a wraith for D&D 5e encounters, haunted dungeon crawls, or Ravenloft-adjacent campaigns
- Are building undead hordes or a necromancer's retinue
- Want a centrepiece undead villain with genuine visual menace
- Collect and paint undead fantasy miniatures for display
Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the village of Ashenveil to find every door bolted from the inside and no living soul in the streets — only a faint wailing from the collapsed bell tower, where a pale shape drifts between the broken rafters, turning slowly as it senses new warmth approaching.
