Description

It moves through the undergrowth without a sound — not like a wolf, but like something older and far more deliberate, with scales beneath its fur and hunger behind its eyes.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Worg is no ordinary beast. This sculpt from Monster Atlas captures the creature's hybrid menace with striking detail: a body covered in overlapping scale-feather texture that gives it an almost reptilian quality, a broad lupine skull with exposed rows of jagged teeth, and powerful haunched limbs built for explosive bursts of speed. Whether lunging forward or standing its ground with lips pulled back in a warning snarl, the pose conveys the kind of predatory intelligence that makes the Worg so much more unsettling than a common wolf.

This is a creature that earns its place in any wilderness encounter, goblin warband, or darkwood lair. The sculpt holds tremendous detail at 32mm scale, rewarding painters who want to push contrast between the rough scaled hide and the exposed, livid face. Equally at home as a gaming piece or a display centrepiece.

A solid choice for adventurers who:

  • Need a memorable beast encounter that goes beyond the standard wolf pack
  • Are building goblin or hobgoblin warband forces with mounted or allied Worgs
  • Want a creature that reads as genuinely dangerous on the tabletop
  • Enjoy detail-rich painting subjects with varied surface textures
  • Collect monsters for display as well as play

Encounter Hook:
The goblin outriders the party routed three days ago didn't flee — they were sent ahead. Now, at the edge of the Ashfen Moor, two Worgs emerge from the mist, their riders gone, their leashes cut. Something set them loose deliberately, and it is watching from the treeline to see what the party does next.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. The miniature and base are separate pieces, designed to be attached with super glue — note that some sculpts interact closely with their base, so the decorative base is recommended for the best display result. Printed to a high standard; supports are removed before dispatch, though minor marks from the printing process can occasionally occur and are easily tidied up before priming.
