This is Worg 02 from Yasashii Kyojin Studio — a ferocious, lion-bodied beast sculpted in a dynamic charging pose that practically leaps off the tabletop. The creature's broad, muscular frame is captured mid-sprint, weight shifting forward with terrifying intent. A dense, layered mane of feather-like tufts frames a snarling open jaw, with large upright ears pinned back and fangs bared. The sweeping, tapered tail trails out behind the beast, giving the whole sculpt a sense of raw, unstoppable momentum. Every ridge of muscle and tuft of fur has been rendered with the kind of detail that rewards painters and intimidates adventurers in equal measure.
In D&D 5e, worgs are cunning, malevolent predators — far more dangerous than their animal appearance suggests. This sculpt leans into that threat with a presence that suits everything from a goblin war-pack's hunting beast to a cursed creature haunting the edges of a dying forest. Equally at home as a gaming piece or a display centrepiece.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Run wilderness, forest, or hunting encounters in D&D or other TTRPGs
- Need a visually arresting beast mini that conveys speed and aggression
- Want a large, characterful creature for goblin-allied or monstrous NPC encounters
- Paint and collect fantasy creature miniatures for display
Encounter Hook:
The goblin outriders scatter into the trees — not retreating, but making way. From between the trunks comes the worg: no leash, no handler, just three hundred pounds of malice closing the distance at a dead run. The party has one round before it reaches them.
