Description
The hackles rise, the lips curl back, and the low growl from the treeline tells you this wolf isn't alone — and it isn't afraid.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This is the third sculpt in MZ4250's wolf range, and it captures the creature mid-stalk — weight shifted forward, head low, jaws parted in a silent snarl. The sculpt has real presence on the table: bristling fur along the spine, splayed claws gripping the ground, and an expression that says the wolf has already decided you're prey. Whether you're fielding a lone hunter or building out an entire pack encounter, this miniature brings the threat to life with the kind of detail that rewards a careful paintjob.
Wolves in D&D 5e are deceptively dangerous low-CR creatures — their Pack Tactics ability makes them genuinely threatening in numbers, and a well-timed Prone condition can ruin a party's day fast. This sculpt suits that energy precisely: it's not a decorative animal, it's a predator on the hunt. It works just as well as a druid's animal companion, a ranger's beast bond, or a Winter Wolf's smaller kin prowling the edges of an encounter map.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Run forest, tundra, or wilderness encounters and want believable animal threats
- Need pack animals for wolf or worg-led monster groups
- Play or DM rangers, druids, or beast tamers with animal companions
- Collect beast miniatures for display or diorama builds
Encounter Hook:
The merchant's cart sits abandoned in the middle of the road — goods scattered, one wheel still spinning — and from the dark pines on either side comes the sound of quiet, deliberate movement. The party's torchlight catches two eyes. Then four. Then eight.
Details
Printed at 32mm scale and supplied as a single piece attached to a round base. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all resin printing, minor surface marks are possible and can be tidied up before priming. The miniature arrives fully cured and ready for paint — or straight onto the table as-is.
