Witch (Kaelith) by Primal Collectibles

She does not announce herself — the lantern on her staff simply appears in the fog, and by the time you hear the beads of her necklace clicking, it is already too late to run.

• ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
• ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
• ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
• ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Kaelith is a witch who has clearly lived long enough to stop caring what anyone thinks of her. Her robes are ragged at the hem — torn and worn through years of wandering, ritual, and hard weather — yet she carries herself with the unhurried authority of someone who has outlasted every threat thrown at her. Her long, unruly hair spills over a fur-trimmed cloak, and layered beaded necklaces hang from her neck, culminating in a large medallion bearing a fleur-de-lis symbol at her chest. The same symbol appears on her broad leather belt, suggesting a deliberate allegiance — or perhaps a ward against something older than memory.

In her raised hand she grips a gnarled wooden staff, from which a lantern is suspended by a rope-and-hook rigging. It is not the lantern of a traveller seeking a path — it is the lantern of someone who decides where the light falls, and who is left in darkness. Her expression is settled and grim: heavy-browed, sharp-eyed, and thoroughly unimpressed by whatever stands before her. This is a face that has seen things and chosen to keep most of them private.

Kaelith is available at 32mm scale — with your choice of decorative scenic base, plain base, or no base at all — and at a large-scale 75mm format for adventurers who want to make her a centrepiece painting project. The multipart build means you can choose the presentation that suits your campaign or display shelf.

• A morally ambiguous NPC who holds the cure to a curse afflicting the party — for a price
• A warlock patron's earthly representative, watching the party from the edge of a village square
• A travelling hag-adjacent figure who is decidedly not a hag, and is very tired of people assuming
• A display model for painters who want a character face with genuine weight and character
• A witch PC — Warlock, Druid, or Wizard — with an aged, world-worn aesthetic that tells a story before a word is spoken

Encounter Hook

The village headman swears the woman who camped beyond the mill three nights ago cursed his youngest child — but when the party finds Kaelith, she is sitting calmly by a fire, lantern in hand, and tells them the child was already cursed when she arrived. She came to study it. She pulls a vial from beneath her robes and sets it on the log beside her without looking up. She names her price. She does not negotiate.
