Description

Behind the stitched leather mask and the wide-brimmed hat, no one knows whether the figure before you is a servant of justice — or something far more dangerous.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This is the third pose in our Witch Hunter range by Galaad Miniatures, and it captures the archetype at its most menacing. The hunter stands in a low, ready stance, gripping a long polearm tipped with a wicked triple-pronged head — part spear, part instrument of judgement. A stitched mask conceals the face entirely, and layered travelling clothes, knee armour, and a belted coat speak to someone who has been on the road a long time, doing work that does not bear close examination. A short blade hangs at the hip, and the sculpted cobblestone base grounds the figure in an urban or forgotten-settlement setting. Whether this is a zealot, a mercenary, or something altogether more ambiguous is entirely up to you and your table.

Pose 3 of the range brings a different energy to Poses 01 and 02 — the wide grip and low centre of gravity suggest a fighter mid-approach, not waiting for trouble to come to them. An excellent choice for adventurers who want a witch hunter that reads as a threat the moment it hits the table, and one that photographs beautifully for display collections too.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a morally ambiguous NPC — inquisitor, bounty hunter, or hidden villain
  • Are running a Ravenloft, gothic horror, or dark fantasy campaign
  • Want a distinctive Fighter, Ranger, or Rogue player character sculpt
  • Are building a faction of witch hunters or inquisitors as recurring antagonists
  • Collect display-quality character miniatures from independent sculptors

Encounter Hook:
The party spots the figure at dawn, standing motionless at the crossroads outside Ashenveil — polearm planted in the earth, masked face turned toward them. When they approach, it speaks without introduction: "One of you is harbouring something. I can smell it. Step aside and this ends quietly." Whether it is right, wrong, or simply dangerous is a problem for initiative order.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and scenic cobblestone base are separate pieces and attach with a small amount of super glue — the base detail is well worth keeping. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with any resin print, minor marks may occasionally be present and are straightforward to clean up before priming. Each miniature is fully cured and ready for paint or immediate use as-is.
