This is Witch 03 from Galaad Miniatures, the third sculpt in their witch range. Where earlier poses might conjure images of hunched cunning or furtive spellcasting, this variant is something altogether more unsettling: a stooped, wide-eyed figure in a rough rope-belted robe, her gnarled hands raised mid-gesture, and a crown of branching antlers erupting from her head. Her expression is caught between glee and menace — the face of someone who knows exactly what she's done. She reads immediately as fey-touched: not a simple swamp witch, but something older, stranger, and far more dangerous to bargain with.
For Dungeon Masters, she works beautifully as a coven elder, a corrupted druid, or a hag in disguise who's let the mask slip just a little too far. The antlers invite questions your players will absolutely ask, and that's exactly the kind of presence a great NPC miniature should have. She's equally at home on a display shelf as a focal piece for a dark fey or Ravenloft-themed collection.

Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and base are separate pieces, best attached with superglue. Some models interact with their decorative base, so we recommend using the base included. Minis arrive with supports removed and fully cured, though minor marks from the printing process are possible and easily tidied up before priming.
