This Wind Genasi sorceress is caught mid-ascent, one bare arm extended forward with fingers splayed as though drawing currents of air to her will, the other arm swept wide for balance — or perhaps for a parting gesture of contempt for the earth below. Her armoured corset is engraved with flowing, organic filigree, and her skirts billow and wrap around her legs as if caught in a perpetual gale. Most striking of all is her crown of flame-like hair, rearing up from a tiara headpiece in wild, wind-whipped tendrils that give her an otherworldly, elemental intensity. She rises on a swirling vortex base that reinforces the sense of motion and elevation. The sculpt captures a character who does not walk into a room — she arrives.
