Description

The village gates were locked at dusk — but something that remembered how to use a blade got in anyway.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This is a werewolf that hasn't entirely lost itself to the beast — and that makes it far more dangerous. Mid-lunge, longsword levelled forward, the sculpt captures the exact moment between predator and warrior. Powerful haunches coil beneath a heavily muscled torso, clawed feet gripping the ground as the creature surges forward. The wolf-headed visage is fully bared — jaw wide, teeth exposed, eyes locked on its target — while the sword arm drives out with unmistakable martial intent. There's a fighter's discipline buried under all that fur and fury, and MZ4250's sculpt makes you feel exactly how unsettling that combination is.

The detail carries through the whole piece: the musculature ripples convincingly across the shoulders and thighs, the facial structure reads as genuinely lupine without losing character, and the longsword has clean, defined lines that will reward a careful painter. Whether you're running a curse-afflicted knightly order, a lycanthrope cult with battlefield training, or simply a monster that has learned to kill more efficiently than most, this miniature earns its place on the table.

As a display piece it's equally compelling — the dynamic forward lean and the sword's outstretched line give it a strong silhouette that reads well from across a shelf.

Well suited to adventurers who:

  • Need a werewolf encounter that goes beyond the usual feral brawler
  • Are running a Ravenloft, Gothic Horror, or werewolf cult campaign arc
  • Want a lycanthrope mini with genuine martial character for a PC or villain
  • Are building a display piece that rewards close inspection and careful painting

Encounter Hook: The party has been hired to track a series of coordinated raids on merchant caravans — too organised to be simple beasts, too brutal to be human bandits. When they finally corner the culprit in an abandoned garrison, they find a werewolf standing its ground in a fighting stance, longsword raised, waiting for them. Someone taught this creature to hold a line. Someone is still teaching it.
