Werewolf Barbarian (Lucian Grey - Wolf Form) by DM Stash

He was a man once — a warrior of some renown — but the beast that wears his armour now raises a runed blade beneath a moonless sky, and what remains of Lucian Grey is hungry.

- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Lucian Grey's wolf form is a commanding presence on any tabletop. Sculpted in a powerful mid-stride pose with one clawed foot braced on a rocky outcrop, he raises a long, rune-etched sword overhead with both hands — jaw parted, ears back, every muscle coiled for the strike. His torso is wrapped in remnants of woven armour and leather bindings, shredded at the edges where the transformation tore through the cloth, and his thick fur ripples across broad shoulders and down into digitigrade legs. The rocky scatter base is richly detailed with broken stone and debris, giving the whole piece real weight and drama from every angle.
Whether you're fielding him as a cursed ranger who lost control, a werewolf pack alpha with a soldier's discipline, or a shapeshifting villain who remembers exactly what he's doing, Lucian Grey brings both tragedy and menace to the encounter. He works equally well as a boss monster, a fallen ally, or the centrepiece of a Ravenloft-style horror arc — and he's a rewarding painting project for collectors who want a character with genuine narrative depth on the shelf.
For adventurers who:
- Need a werewolf mini that reads as both warrior and beast, not just a monster token
- Are running lycanthropy storylines, curse arcs, or moonlit wilderness encounters
- Want a character-driven sculpt that works as a player character stand-in for a shifter or totem barbarian
- Collect display-quality fantasy miniatures with strong visual storytelling
Encounter Hook:
The party hired Lucian Grey three sessions ago — dependable, quiet, a little too aware of the moon's phase. Tonight, the village gates are torn from their hinges, the tracks lead into the forest, and the only thing left at the treeline is his sword belt, folded neatly over a branch.
