Wereravens are among the most unsettling of lycanthropes: cunning, airborne, and difficult to pin down. This is pose 02 of our Wereraven range from Yasashii Kyojin Studio, and it captures the creature mid-dive — wings spread wide at full span, spear levelled forward like a lance, and a quiver of arrows mounted across its back. The sculpt leans hard into the avian horror of the form, with every primary feather and scaled talon rendered in sharp detail. It reads equally well as a monstrous aerial predator or a corrupted ranger who has lost the last of their humanity to the curse.
This pose is the diving striker of the set — where other variants might convey menace at rest, this one is already committed to the attack. It rewards a dramatic paint scheme: dark iridescent feathers fading to pale flesh, bloodied talons, that spear catching the light. Equally at home in a Ravenloft campaign, a wilderness encounter, or a display shelf dedicated to aerial threats.

Encounter Hook:
The party has camped in the ruins of an old watchtower when the sentry calls out — three shadows circling overhead, descending fast. One of them is wearing the tattered remains of a ranger's cloak, spear already levelled. The party has thirty seconds before the first dive attack.
Scaled to 32mm. Available with or without a plain black base — the base is sent unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Each miniature is hand-checked before dispatch, though minor marks from the printing process may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up before priming.
