- ✔ Great value for building out encounter groups or display collections
This bundle brings together three distinct wererat sculpts from Novaminis, each capturing a different moment in the lycanthrope's dreadful existence. Pose 01 presents the wererat in a low, menacing stalk — hooded cloak hanging open to reveal a stitched and battered body, clawed hands spread wide, its ratlike muzzle half-hidden in shadow. Every seam in the patched leather and every curving claw tells the story of a creature that has long since stopped trying to pass as human. The four-angle render reveals a thick scaled tail, haunched legs built for sudden bursts of speed, and a back bristling with feral tension. Pose 03 breaks forward in a full aggressive charge — sword raised high overhead, cloak billowing behind, clawed free hand reaching forward, teeth bared in a hissing snarl. Where pose 01 is threat implied, pose 03 is threat delivered.
Wererats in D&D 5e are Medium humanoids with the Shapechanger trait, Darkvision, and immunity to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from non-magical, non-silvered weapons — making them a satisfying mechanical challenge as well as a rich narrative one. They work equally well as guild assassins, sewer gang bosses, cursed NPCs, or the unsettling twist in an urban investigation. This bundle gives you three sculpts to populate a full encounter, run a wererat pack, or simply build out a thematic display collection.
A fine choice for adventurers who:
- Are running an urban or Underdark campaign and need a full wererat pack on the table
- Want to represent different stages of a lycanthrope encounter — lurking, cornered, and attacking
- Are building a display collection of D&D lycanthropes and want varied poses
- Love a painting challenge — the layered cloth, patched leather, and fine claw detail reward careful brushwork
Encounter Hook:
The party has been hired to find a missing dockworker. The trail leads into the sewer district, where fresh claw marks score the walls at head height — and a figure in a stitched hood is crouched over something the adventurers very much hope is only a rat.
This bundle includes all three wererat sculpts (poses 01, 02, and 03) and offers a saving over purchasing each individually. All miniatures are printed at 32mm scale, supplied unpainted and unprimed, and arrive ready for your brush or display shelf. Supports are removed as standard; as with all resin prints, minor surface marks are occasionally possible and can be tidied up before painting.
