Watchman 03 is the third variation in Novaminis' city watch series, and this sculpt brings a distinct sense of motion and authority. He strides forward mid-patrol — one arm thrust high, swinging a chain-hung bull's-eye lantern to cut through the dark, while the other hand grips a heavy shortsword held low and ready. His expression is all business: a broad-jawed, tusked orc face beneath a domed watchman's hat, eyes forward, jaw set.

The detail across this sculpt rewards a close look. His leather armour is studded and reinforced with riveted panels across the chest and shoulders, practical rather than ceremonial. A long travelling cloak billows behind him — stitched along the edges in a way that hints at hard use and hasty repairs. Vambraces wrap his forearms, and his belt is loaded with pouches and utility gear. This is a watchman who has walked these streets for years and expects trouble to find him eventually.

This is variation 03 in the Watchman series — differentiated by his dynamic forward-striding pose, the raised lantern on a hanging chain, and the low sword grip. Pair him with variants 01 and 02 to build out a full city watch patrol, or use him as a standalone guard NPC with genuine presence.
