Description

It does not sleep. It does not blink. It simply watches — and in the dark beneath the world, being watched by a Beholder is the last thing most adventurers ever experience.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Eye Tyrant is one of D&D's most iconic and genuinely unnerving aberrations: a floating sphere of malevolent intelligence, bristling with eyestalks and radiating paranoia from every pore. This bust-format sculpt by Primal Collectibles captures that menace in extraordinary detail — the cavernous, tooth-filled maw stretched wide, the gnarled eyestalks curling outward like corrupted antennae, and the deeply textured, almost geological surface of its hide. It's a creature that looks as though it has been brooding in a lightless cavern for centuries, and is very much not pleased to have been disturbed.

Details

This listing includes three distinct bust variants — a front-facing pose with all eyestalks fanned wide, a hunched lurking pose showing the exposed brain-mass across the creature's crown, and a snarling three-quarter view with fists raised. Each sits on a detailed decorative plinth base, making the full set a genuinely arresting centrepiece for the display shelf or the gaming table alike. Whether you want one commanding presence or the full trio for a lair encounter, this range delivers.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a centrepiece boss monster for an Underdark or dungeon delve campaign
  • Want a display-worthy aberration bust to anchor a painted collection
  • Are running a Beholder lair encounter and want genuine table presence
  • Collect iconic D&D monsters sculpted with serious artistic craft

Encounter Hook:
The party has spent three sessions mapping the ruined observatory — until tonight, when the star charts on the walls begin to move, the doors seal themselves, and a voice that seems to come from everywhere at once asks, very calmly, why they are here. The central chamber holds something enormous. It has been watching them since the first floor.

Each bust is scaled for display and arrives with a decorative plinth base included. These are larger display-scale pieces rather than standard 32mm gaming miniatures, and are supplied unpainted and ready for priming. As with all hand-finished resin pieces, minor imperfections can occasionally occur — any remnant support marks are straightforward to clean up before painting.
