Description

Long before the gates of the underworld had a name, the Warden was already there — feathers slicked with ash, jaws parted in a warning that no living soul has ever heard twice.

  • ✔ Large-scale display bust — significantly bigger than standard 32mm
  • ✔ Resin printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted — ideal as a centrepiece painting project
  • ✔ Designed for display shelves and painting competitions

This is no ordinary draconic skull mounted on a plinth. The Warden of the Damned is a full-bodied bust of a feathered dragon-like entity — part ancient predator, part infernal sentinel — rendered in extraordinary detail. Overlapping layers of long, swept-back feathers crown the skull in a kind of terrible majesty, while the lower jaw hangs open to reveal hooked fangs and a snarling maw. Flanking spines curve upward like broken horns, and the sunken eyes carry the weight of something that has watched countless souls pass judgment. The sculpt sits on a solid decorative plinth, giving it an immediate gravitas as a display centrepiece. This is a piece for painters who want a genuine challenge — every feather, every scale junction, every hollow in that jaw demands attention.

Whether it decorates your painting shelf or looms over your campaign table as a prop or NPC inspiration, the Warden carries presence in every angle.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Want a large, technically demanding bust for a display or competition painting project
  • Are building a collection of draconic or fiendish fantasy busts
  • Need a striking visual prop or NPC reference for a dark campaign setting
  • Love feathered dragon or wyvern-adjacent creature designs

Encounter Hook:
The party descends into the vault beneath the ruined prison-fortress and finds it — a carved stone visage above the sealed door, identical to the creature in the old texts. As the rogue reaches for the lock, the feathers twitch. The eyes open. The Warden was never just a carving.
