The War Drake is not the eldest of its kind, nor the most ancient — but it is perhaps the most dangerous. Where true dragons accumulate centuries of cunning, the War Drake burns with focused aggression: wings flared wide, forelimbs braced for the lunge, maw open in a territorial challenge that carries for miles. This sculpt captures that exact moment of explosive threat — the instant before the creature commits, every muscle coiled and every spine raised.

The sculpt carries extraordinary surface detail throughout. Leathery wing membranes stretch between long, hooked finger-bones, punctured here and there as though from hard-won battles. The body is a layered interplay of overlapping scales, bony ridges along the spine, and a mane of sharp, antler-like protrusions crowning the head. The snarling face — wide-set eyes, exposed fangs, and a broad, flat snout — reads as feral and territorial rather than ancient and calculating, making this creature feel genuinely distinct from the archetypal dragon.
