Vorakthos is a colossus draped in the trophies of a thousand victories. His massive frame is buried beneath layers of looted weaponry, coiled rope, dangling skulls, and the pelts of beasts that dared challenge him. A boar-skulled headdress crowns his head, bristling with iron spikes and the heads of his fallen enemies, while his arms — thick as ancient oaks — stretch wide in a pose of absolute dominance. One fist carries a broad, serrated blade; the other is thrust outward as if commanding an army or crushing the life from an unfortunate scout. The base beneath him tells its own story: broken blades, scattered skulls, and the remains of those who came before your party.
This is not a wandering monster. Vorakthos is a campaign-defining encounter — a warlord, a demigod, a force of nature given form. Whether you cast him as a Feywild titan, a tribal god-king worshipped by gnolls and beastmen, or the final boss of a brutal wilderness campaign, he commands the table the moment he hits the mat.
