Description

He does not preach salvation — he preaches inevitability, one outstretched heart at a time.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Voidwhisper Bishop is a figure of chilling ecclesiastical menace: a towering, masked entity draped in sweeping robes layered with blade-like armour trim, its silhouette crowned by great membranous wings that arch overhead like the rafters of a cursed cathedral. One hand extends a shallow offering dish bearing what appears to be a still-beating heart — a tithe to something older than gods — while the other raises a clawed sceptre, commanding and imperious. The masked visage beneath the winged helm reveals nothing, which is, of course, the point.

This sculpt carries extraordinary surface detail: the flowing robes cascade in deep, natural folds; the armour panels are angular and vicious; the wings are finely veined. Available with optional decorative base choices — Bricks (55mm), Tiles (55mm), or Pedestal (55mm) — this miniature works equally well as a centrepiece villain at the gaming table or as a display piece that commands attention on a shelf. It also fits brilliantly into a dark-themed chess set as a bishop piece of genuine presence.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a commanding void-cult leader or devil-church high priest as a boss encounter
  • Are building an infernal, Ravenloft, or abyssal-themed campaign arc
  • Want a chess-set bishop with genuine narrative weight
  • Collect dark fantasy display miniatures that reward close inspection when painted
  • Are looking for a characterful Warlock patron made manifest on the tabletop

Encounter Hook:
The party has tracked the missing village children to the ruins of an old chapel — but the chapel is no longer in ruins. It has been restored, hung with black banners, and lit with violet flame. At the altar stands the Voidwhisper Bishop, the children arranged in a reverent semicircle before him, eyes blank and smiling. On the offering dish: the still-warm heart of the village elder. He turns slowly, as though he knew you were coming. He has been expecting this congregation.
