Description
She smiles like someone who knows every rumour in the market square — and charges accordingly for the good ones.

- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs

Vivien is one of those NPCs who can anchor an entire town in the players' minds. Barefoot, unhurried, and carrying a heavy sack of fruit gathered from the fields, she looks every inch the common folk — until you notice the knowing look beneath that wide-brimmed hat. She could be the honest produce seller your party stops to ask for directions, or the smuggler's contact hiding in plain sight behind a basket of apples. Either way, she'll be remembered.
Sculpted with care for the small, lived-in details that make an NPC feel real — the worn fabric of her skirt, the practical leather belt, the easy confidence in her stance — Vivien brings warmth and character to any village, market district, or caravan encounter. She's equally at home on a gaming table and on a display shelf.
A great fit for adventurers who:- Need a memorable townsfolk or market trader NPC
- Want to populate villages, towns, or travelling caravans
- Are looking for a quest-giver, informant, or red herring NPC
- Collect character minis that reward careful painting
- Run low-fantasy, grounded campaigns full of common people
Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at Millhaven's harvest market just as a merchant is found dead behind his stall — his purse missing, his ledger torn. Vivien saw something. She was right here, after all. But she won't say a word without knowing exactly who she's talking to first.
