She arrives at every court function with a goblet she never drinks from and a cat that never blinks — and somehow, that is the least unsettling thing about her.

- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Victoria "Iron Lady" Sharford is not the sort of NPC your party wants to cross. Draped in a grand cape over a gown etched with spiderweb patterns, she stands with the studied composure of someone who has outlived three governments and two cults — and may have had a hand in both. In one hand she holds a wide-brimmed goblet with the practised ease of a woman who holds all the cards; in the other, a small vial or charm dangles with deliberate ambiguity. At her feet prowls a snarling feline familiar, hackles raised, tail curled — very much not a pet.
Her expression is the true centrepiece: sharp-eyed, slightly contemptuous, and utterly certain of her position in any room. Whether you cast her as a scheming noble, a grey-morality witch matriarch, a Ravenloft power player, or the city's most dangerous information broker, Victoria commands the table the moment she's placed on it. She works equally well as a beautifully detailed display piece for collectors who appreciate character-driven sculpts.
A natural fit for adventurers who:
- Need a memorable, morally ambiguous NPC with genuine gravitas
- Are running gothic, urban intrigue, or Ravenloft-adjacent campaigns
- Want a Warlock patron, coven leader, or rival spellcaster with presence
- Collect character-driven miniatures that reward careful painting
Encounter Hook:
The party is summoned to the Sharford estate under the guise of a dinner invitation. Victoria greets them in the drawing room, goblet in hand, cat curled beside her chair — and informs them, with a thin smile, that she already knows why they've come to the city, who sent them, and what they were paid. She's willing to let that information stay private. For a price.

What's included:
Victoria is printed at 35mm scale. If you'd prefer 32mm scaling, drop us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate. A decorative base option is available — if you select it, please send us a note specifying which of the three base styles you'd like. Both decorative and plain black bases are supplied separately and attach easily with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with any high-detail print, minor marks may occasionally occur and are straightforward to clean up. All miniatures are fully cured and ready to prime and paint — or to use straight from the box.
Sculpted by Great Grimoire — visit their page to see more of their work.
Mitz & Simz — the cats failed Dexterity but maxed Charisma and honestly it shows.
