Scabbers is the second variation in DM Stash's Vermin Grunt range, and this sculpt pulls no punches. Rendered as a bipedal ratfolk warrior mid-stalk, he's a heavily armed skirmisher draped in a tattered, scale-textured cloak that billows dramatically behind him. His left arm holds a mechanical-looking brace weapon — somewhere between a gun-stock blade and a sidearm — while his right hand grips a short dagger, claw-like taloned feet planted wide on a cracked stone base dusted with snow. Chunky segmented armour plates cover his shoulders and forearms, lending him the look of a veteran scrapper who's cobbled together his kit from a dozen different battles.

The detail on this sculpt rewards careful painters. The cloak's woven texture is crisp and well-defined, the fur on his torso and legs has real depth, and the long whip-like tail curling behind him adds a wonderful sense of weight and motion. His expression — half-grimace, half-hunter's focus — captures exactly the kind of low-level threat that can escalate very quickly if the party underestimates him.
