Vasilisa by Great Grimoire

She came to the audience chamber unannounced, a small dark bird perched on her outstretched hand, and no one in the court dared to ask her name.

• ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
• ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
• ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
• ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Vasilisa cuts a commanding figure rooted in Slavic folklore — a queen, a witch, or something older than both. She wears a layered ceremonial robe trimmed with intricate scrollwork, a long braided plait falling across her shoulder, and a towering kokoshnik crown adorned with fine filigree detail. One hand is extended, bearing a raven — a companion, a spy, or a harbinger, depending on who you ask. Her flowing outer coat billows with quiet authority, and her expression is composed in the way that only those with real power can manage. This is not a miniature that shouts. It commands.

Whether you place her at the heart of a Slavic-inspired campaign, use her as a reclusive oracle in a winter court, or build her as a player character — a Warlock with a Raven Queen patron, perhaps, or a Sorcerer of ancient bloodline — Vasilisa brings rare specificity to the table. She works equally well as a display piece for collectors drawn to folklore-influenced fantasy sculpts.

A natural fit for adventurers who:

• Run Slavic folklore-inspired campaigns or winter court settings
• Need a queenly NPC who feels like a genuine power in the world
• Are building a Warlock, Sorcerer, or Arcane Trickster with a raven motif
• Want a display-worthy sculpt with rich historical costume detail
• Are collecting folk-myth fantasy miniatures beyond the standard Western European aesthetic

Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking a series of village disappearances along the frozen river road. Every survivor describes the same thing: a woman in a tall crown, walking alone through the snow with a raven on her hand. When they finally find her — seated at a fire she did not build, apparently expecting them — she speaks first: "I wondered when you would arrive. Sit. We have much to discuss, and the night is not patient."

Vasilisa is printed at 32mm scale. A plain black base is included as standard; a decorative base is available as an upgrade — simply send a note with your order indicating your preferred style. The base is supplied separately and attaches easily with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch, and each miniature is quality checked — minor surface marks are rare but possible and straightforward to address before priming.
