Description

She descended the manor staircase as though the centuries had only sharpened her poise — parasol aloft, gown in elegant tatters, every step a reminder that death, for Daryssa Thornec, was merely a change of wardrobe.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Daryssa Thornec is from Primal Collectibles' Legacy of Blood range — a gothic horror collection steeped in Victorian atmosphere and vampiric menace. She cuts a striking figure: a floor-length gown torn at the hem as though by something not quite natural, a wide-brimmed hat adorned with roses, and a parasol whose canopy has been eaten away into ragged, bat-wing edges. Her free hand reaches outward — beckoning, grasping, or casting, depending on the story you choose to tell. The sculpt places her on a decorative staircase newel post base, lending the piece the feel of a tableau from a haunted estate.

She works beautifully as a vampire noble, an undead mastermind, a cursed aristocrat, or a recurring antagonist whose social graces mask centuries of predatory patience. Whether you're running a Ravenloft-inspired campaign, a gothic urban mystery, or a political intrigue with fangs, Daryssa brings a specific kind of menace — the kind that arrives with a smile and a calling card.

Three sculpt variants are available in this range, each capturing a different angle and mood of the character. This listing presents the full trio so you can choose the pose that best suits your table — or collect all three for a display piece worthy of any gothic shelf.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Run gothic horror or Ravenloft-style D&D campaigns
  • Need a vampire villain with presence beyond the crypt
  • Want an NPC whose threat arrives in polished dialogue before it arrives in blood
  • Are building a display collection of dark fantasy miniatures
  • Are looking for a high-detail painting project with rich texture and flowing fabric

Encounter Hook:
The party receives a gilt-edged invitation to a private soirée at Thornec Manor — the host has been dead for two hundred years, yet the handwriting on the envelope is fresh, and the ink still smells faintly of roses and something older.

Scaled to 32mm. The model and decorative base are separate pieces, designed to be attached with a small amount of glue — note that the sculpt is designed to interact with the staircase base, and the two are best displayed together. Supplied unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brush or striking straight from the box as a display piece.
