This is the Vampire Lord — a sculpt that captures Strahd Von Zarovich in his element: unhurried, imperious, and utterly in control. Clad in flowing robes fastened with arcane sigil clasps, a dramatic cape sweeping behind him, and one hand cradling a goblet with the casual ease of a man who has centuries of practice, this figure radiates the cold authority of an undead noble who has ruled his domain since long before your party was born. The pointed ears, sharp cheekbones, and that particular expression — contemptuous, calculating, faintly amused — mark him immediately as something more than human. Something far older.

For Dungeon Masters running Curse of Strahd or any gothic horror campaign, this miniature does the work of establishing tone before a single word of dialogue is spoken. Place him at the head of a long banquet table, atop a castle battlement, or in the shadows of a candlelit court, and the atmosphere writes itself. He works equally well as a display piece for collectors drawn to Ravenloft-era gothic fantasy — the sculpt's detail in the embroidered leg panels, cape movement, and runic clasps rewards careful painting at every level of skill.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Are running Curse of Strahd or a homebrew gothic horror campaign
  • Need a charismatic, non-combat-posed villain for social encounters and dramatic reveals
  • Want a vampire BBEG that reads as noble and ancient rather than monstrous
  • Are building a Ravenloft-themed display or miniature collection

Encounter Hook:
The party has been escorted to Castle Ravenloft's great hall and offered seats at a banquet already laid. Their host arrives unhurried, goblet in hand, and takes his chair at the far end of the table — studying each of them in turn before asking, with genuine curiosity, which of them was foolish enough to accept his invitation willingly.
