Description

The coffin lid splinters beneath taloned feet as the Vampire Lord rises, vast wings unfurling against the darkness — and every soul in the room knows that running is no longer an option.

  • ✔ Multi-miniature bundle — multiple variations in one order
  • ✔ 32mm scale resin, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ All pieces supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Great value for building out encounter groups or display collections

This Vampire Lord sculpt from Atlanticus Arts is a creature of terrible grandeur. Clawed feet crush a shattered coffin into rubble as the figure lunges forward mid-rise, knees bent and arms outstretched — every line of the pose radiating the coiled fury of a predator that has waited centuries for this moment. The wings are enormous and magnificently detailed: one side torn and ragged at the membrane edges, the other taut with bony finger-spurs splayed wide. Ridged musculature covers the lean torso, and the snarling reptilian face — all fangs and fury — leaves no doubt that whatever ambush your party thought they had prepared, this creature was prepared first.

The sculpted base is a particular highlight for display painters. Shattered coffin timbers and arcane stonework are caught beneath the figure's feet, complete with trailing root-like tendrils creeping across cracked flagstones — a ready-made narrative in miniature form. Whether your Vampire Lord rules a crumbling Ravenloft estate, a moonlit graveyard, or a bloodsoaked crypt beneath the city streets, this base sets the scene without a brush stroke.

This bundle includes a 32mm scale variant with a decorative base and a 75mm large-scale variant, giving adventurers the choice between a table-ready gaming piece and a serious centrepiece painting project. The 75mm version in particular offers an exceptional level of surface detail that rewards careful layering and blending. Both variants are supplied multipart and unsupported files are available alongside supported versions, so whether you are an experienced painter building your BBEG encounter or a hobbyist wanting a showstopper on the shelf, there is an option here for you.

Suits adventurers who:

  • Need a commanding, large-scale BBEG for a vampire-themed campaign arc
  • Want a genuinely imposing centrepiece for a Ravenloft or gothic horror setting
  • Are looking for a Vampire Lord with real character — not just a cloaked nobleman but a creature of primal, ancient violence
  • Paint for display and want a sculpt that rewards every hour at the desk
  • Want both a gaming-scale and display-scale version of the same character in a single order

Encounter Hook

The party reaches the vault beneath Castle Velthuris expecting a weakened, daylight-starved elder. Instead, the lid of the central sarcophagus detonates outward and the Vampire Lord lands in a crouch atop the wreckage — wings snapping open, claws already reaching. He has not fed in forty years. He is not weakened. He was waiting.
