Vaelira the Soulbinder is a necromancer of rare and unsettling grace. Sculpted by Great Grimoire at 35mm scale, she stands mid-incantation, one arm raised to brandish a skull crackling with bound energy whilst the other draws a serpent of dark magic close to her chest. Her wide-brimmed hat casts a knowing shadow across her expression — part smirk, part warning. Intricate arcane detailing covers her bracers and bodice, and her extraordinarily long braided hair cascades behind her and coils at her base around a cluster of skulls, forming a macabre plinth of those who came before. From the front she reads as charismatic and dangerous; from behind, the sheer scale of that braid and its grim foundation tells a story all of its own.

Whether you're placing her at the head of a cult of soul-trappers, using her as a rival archmage with her own terrible agenda, or bringing her to the table as a morally complex player character who collects debts from the dead, Vaelira commands the scene the moment she hits the battlemat. She paints up equally well as a display piece — the layered hair alone will reward a patient brush.

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the village of Greyveil to find every grave in the churchyard open and empty. The trail leads to a moonlit clearing where Vaelira stands surrounded by a circle of standing skulls, her braid uncoiling across the ground like a living thing. She doesn't turn when she speaks: "I was wondering when they'd send someone with a pulse. It makes the negotiation so much more interesting."

Vaelira is scaled to 35mm. If you'd prefer 32mm, send us a message and we'll see what we can do. A decorative base option is available — if you select it, please drop us a note to let us know which of the three base styles you'd like. The base arrives separately and attaches easily with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with any hand-finished piece, minor marks are possible and easy to clean up. The miniature arrives fully cured and ready for priming or display as-is.
