Description
It prowls the fog-choked docks long after death claimed it — lantern swinging, iron chain scraping the cobblestones, and hollow eye sockets burning with something that refuses to rest.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Undying Scallywag is no mindless shambling corpse. This skeletal figure carries itself with a grim, purposeful energy — striding forward with one leg raised mid-step, a wrought-iron lantern held aloft in one skeletal fist, and a heavy ball-and-chain trailing from the other. The layered coat, textured hood, and ornate armour plating speak to a creature that was once something more: a corsair, a smuggler, perhaps even a captain. Death has stripped away the flesh, but not the swagger. The sculpt captures extraordinary detail across every surface — the weave of the tattered cloak, the segmented bone of exposed limbs, the links of the chain rendered individually, and a richly textured rocky base that grounds the figure with real presence.
This is pose 01 of the Undying Scallywag range from DM Stash — a mid-stride variant that works brilliantly as a lone haunting encounter or as the lead figure in a crew of undead mariners.
Crafted for adventurers who:
- Need a characterful undead NPC or enemy for nautical, coastal, or cursed-city campaigns
- Are building a ghostly pirate crew or undead faction for their tabletop encounters
- Want a display piece that holds its own on any shelf, painted or unpainted
- Play Curse of Strahd, Ghosts of Saltmarsh, or any campaign with a haunted harbour
Encounter Hook:
The harbormaster's records show the Maiden's Spite sank forty years ago with all hands. Yet every seventh night, the nightwatchman swears he hears chain-drag on the pier — and this morning, three dockworkers were found at their posts, cold and staring, lanterns still lit beside them.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The miniature and decorative base are separate pieces, designed to be fixed together with superglue — note that this sculpt interacts with its base in a way that makes the two worth displaying together. Arrives ready for priming and painting, or use straight from the box for your next session. Minor support marks may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up.
