Undead Wyvern by Mia Kay M3DM
Description
Where the wyvern fell, it did not stay fallen — bone and sinew knit themselves back together in the dark, and now something vast and wrong fills the sky once more.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Undead Wyvern is not a creature that haunts the edges of an encounter — it dominates it. Wings spread wide in a pose of terrible authority, its gaunt frame speaks of a body stripped of flesh and refilled with something far worse. Carved markings trace its bones like binding runes, and it stands atop a crumbling stone ruin as though the world itself has become its perch. This is a creature that has already died once and found it insufficient.
For Dungeon Masters running campaigns with necromantic cults, cursed wastelands, or ancient dragon graveyards, this miniature delivers exactly the scale and presence a climactic encounter demands. Equally at home as a centrepiece on a display shelf, the dynamic sculpt rewards careful painting — the exposed ribcage, membrane wings, and textured base give painters layers of detail to work into.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Need a large-scale undead boss for a necromancy-themed campaign arc
- Want a show-stopping display piece that reads from across the table
- Are building a collection of undead dragons and dracoliches
- Enjoy a complex paint project with genuine structural detail
Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the ruins of Vaelthorn Keep to retrieve a stolen phylactery — only to find the lich's wyvern guardian waiting on the battlements, wings unfurled, its hollow eye sockets glowing with pale green flame. The phylactery is in its chest cavity. The lich put it there on purpose.
