The Unchained Executioner is a figure born from the bleakest corners of a dark fantasy world. Broad-shouldered and bare-chested beneath a spiked hood adorned with skulls, he carries two brutal axes with the casual confidence of someone who has never once needed a second swing. Across his back rests a crude crossbeam lashed with rope — two nooses hanging empty, for now — and chains coil around his torso like a trophy rather than a restraint. This is not a henchman. This is an institution.
Sculpted with extraordinary detail, every element of this miniature tells a story: the frayed hem of his tattered skirt, the pitted surface of the axe heads, the deliberate menace of that spike-crowned mask. Whether he serves a tyrannical city as its official instrument of judgement, or has long since gone rogue and now sells his services to the highest bidder, the Unchained Executioner commands a scene the moment he hits the table.

Encounter Hook:

The only question is whether the adventurers can reach the prisoner before the rope goes taut — and what they'll do when the Executioner turns to face them.

Printed at 32mm scale, this miniature arrives ready for priming and painting or for use straight from the box as a grey resin display piece. Supplied as separate components for easy assembly with superglue. Minor support marks may occasionally be present and can be cleaned away with standard hobby tools.
