This is the Broken Column with Skulls (Variation 2) from the Ultimate Dungeon range by Dungeon Blocks — a compact, detailed terrain piece that tells a story without saying a word. The column stump sits fractured on a rubble-strewn base, its hollow interior packed with a cluster of grinning skulls. Whether they're trophies, a warning, or the remnants of something arcane, that's entirely up to your players to decide. It's the kind of detail that transforms a dungeon room from a grid into a place.
Scaled to represent 5ft in standard 32mm play, the piece sits on a 3.5cm square base — fully compatible with standard miniature bases and the wider Dungeon Blocks modular terrain system. Encounter Hook:
The party has been following a trail of disappearances through the old catacombs. When they reach the central chamber, they find this broken column — its hollow filled with seven skulls, each one bearing a small carved rune above the eye socket. As the rogue leans in to examine them, the skulls begin, very slowly, to turn towards her.
Each block represents 5ft in standard 32mm scale. The base is 3.5cm square, compatible with standard miniature sizes and all Dungeon Blocks terrain sets. Printed in your choice of grey or black FDM. The product images show a painted example — your piece will arrive in the solid colour selected.
