Description

He didn't take the seas by asking nicely — Tyrant Bartholomew took them by blade, bluster, and a hat with more feathers than a battlefield has arrows.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This sculpt captures a goblin pirate lord mid-stride, his long coat billowing behind him and a broad curved cutlass sweeping low at his side. A towering wide-brimmed hat adorned with three enormous plumes dominates his silhouette, while a ruffled cravat and layered coat speak to someone who has looted enough merchant vessels to develop a taste for finery. His bearded, sharp-featured face carries the expression of a creature who has survived on cunning far longer than brute strength ever could have managed. The base places him atop a scatter of weathered planks and rope, sand drifting around his feet — he's just stepped ashore, and nothing good is about to happen for whoever's watching.

Whether you're running a nautical campaign, a coastal city encounter, or simply want a goblin villain with genuine presence on the table, Bartholomew commands attention. He works equally well as a feared faction leader, a charismatic rogue PC, or a recurring antagonist who always seems to escape before the party can finish the job. Off the table, he's a collector's piece — the featherwork and coat detail reward careful painting and look exceptional on a display shelf.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a goblin pirate captain as a memorable boss or recurring villain
  • Are playing a Rogue or Fighter with a swashbuckling, sea-faring theme
  • Want a named NPC to anchor a nautical or port-city story arc
  • Enjoy display-scale painting projects with strong silhouette and fine surface detail

Encounter Hook:
The party's contact in the harbour district never showed. Instead, a goblin in an extraordinary hat slides into the booth, slides a sealed letter across the table, and says — with a smile that doesn't reach his eyes — that the person they were meeting had an unfortunate accident, and that he's willing to pick up the contract. For a slightly higher fee, of course.

Tyrant Bartholomew is printed at 32mm scale, with a display-scale option available sized for a 4×4 base. The base is provided detached and can be secured with super glue. Some models arrive in a small number of separate pieces for assembly — super glue handles this with ease. We quality-check every piece before dispatch, though minor marks from the printing process can occur and are straightforward to clean up before priming.
