Description
They say the sea has no master — but the old turtlefolk who strides the docks of the Sunken Quarter begs to differ, and nobody has yet been brave enough to argue the point to his face.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This turtlefolk barbarian pirate cuts an unmistakable silhouette: a broad, battle-hardened figure in a weathered tricorn hat, his long beard braided and knotted with rope, his open coat revealing the hard shell that has turned more blades than any armour a blacksmith could forge. Coiled rope hangs at his belt, a belaying pin rests in his grip, and his clawed feet are planted on a coral-studded base as though daring the tide itself to shift him. The sculpt captures both the swagger of a veteran buccaneer and the barely-contained fury of a barbarian who has learned that patience is for people who haven't yet flipped the table.
Every detail tells a story — the shell-plate shoulder guard etched with the marks of old battles, the rope-work belt, the braids worked into that magnificent walrus beard. Whether you're painting him up as a fearsome enemy captain, a grizzled ally who knows every smuggler's cove on the coast, or a player character who chose Rage and never looked back, this miniature earns its place at the table and on the shelf.
A great fit for adventurers who:
- Need a distinctive player character for a seafaring or nautical campaign
- Want a memorable NPC — a harbour boss, rival captain, or faction enforcer
- Are running a coastal, pirate, or sea-exploration arc and need a stand-out figure
- Collect unusual ancestries and love a well-realised non-human sculpt
- Enjoy the painting challenge of shells, rope detail, and textured fur
Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the harbour of Blackwater Reach seeking passage south, only to find the docks blockaded by a single hulking figure in a battered tricorn — the turtlefolk they were warned never to shortchange is standing at the end of the gangplank, arms folded, very deliberately not moving. Apparently someone in the party owes him a debt. He's not shouting. He doesn't need to.

What's included:
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model on the detailed scenic base comes as a single piece, attached and ready for priming. A plain base option is available separately and attaches easily with a small amount of glue. Support marks are removed before dispatch, though minor imperfections can occasionally occur due to the nature of the printing process — these are straightforward to tidy up before painting.
