Description

It was never decommissioned — its master simply never returned, and so the little cannon-armed construct kept watch, decade after decade, for orders that would never come.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Turret Gun Robot Familiar is a compact, wonderfully characterful construct miniature that sits somewhere between a clockwork sentry and a loyal mechanical companion. Squat and barrel-bodied, it bristles with mechanical detail: a wide-bore cannon mounted at the shoulder, articulated arm-like appendages, riveted plating, circular port covers, and a scattering of gear and rubble on its scenic base. There's something endearing about its small stature — this is a construct that means business, even if it barely clears your wizard's knee.

Whether you're running a Giff gunner campaign, an artificer's workshop encounter, or a steampunk-inflected setting where magitech runs rampant, this familiar-scaled robot turret earns a place on the table. Equally at home as a Tiny construct familiar, a factory-floor guardian, or a peculiar NPC companion, it rewards creative DMs and collectors alike with the kind of sculpted personality that makes a miniature worth keeping on the shelf long after the campaign ends.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Play or DM artificer-heavy campaigns where construct companions are part of the story
  • Need a mechanical sentry or turret mini for a steampunk or magitech encounter
  • Collect constructs and clockwork creatures as part of a themed display
  • Want a small-scale robot familiar that's full of sculpted character

Encounter Hook:
The party descends into the undercroft of a long-abandoned gnomish forge-city — and finds one section of the floor still spotlessly clean, patrolled by a battered turret-construct that has been executing its maintenance loop for 300 years. It has no standing orders for intruders. It is working out what those orders should be.

Details

Printed at 32mm scale. The model on the detailed scenic base comes as a single piece. The model with the plain base is supplied with the base detached for easy gluing. Both variants are supplied unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork or fine to use straight from the box. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all high-detail resin work, minor marks are possible and can be tidied with a hobby knife.
