This is variant 04 of the Troll Female Mutant range from Novaminis — and it is arguably the most unsettling of the set. A hunched, lurching brute with a spiked mohawk crown and a second, scarecrow-like head erupting from her right shoulder, this troll looks as though her regenerative biology simply kept going long past the point where it should have stopped. Stitched, tattered wrappings cling to her frame, a belt of skulls hangs at her waist, and both sets of clawed hands are spread wide — one reaching, one raking. The pose reads mid-stalk: low, deliberate, and deeply threatening.

For Dungeon Masters running troll encounters that need to feel genuinely alien rather than just big and green, the two-headed sculpt immediately signals to your players that something is very wrong here. This is a creature that has outpaced its own biology, and it shows in every detail — the coarse, spike-tufted hair, the slack second jaw, the stitched tears running down its back. Encounter Hook:
The party's tracker spots drag marks in the bog — two distinct furrows, side by side, too close together to be two creatures. The older head is already lunging.

Printed at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base ships unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all detailed resin work, minor marks may occasionally be present and are easily cleaned up. Each piece is fully cured and ready for priming and painting, or use straight from the box.
