This is the third sculpt in Novaminis' Female Troll Mutant range, and it is the most viscerally unsettling of the trio. She lunges forward mid-charge, one arm wrapped in coiling vine-like tendrils, the other ending in a fan of hooked talons. A second, smaller face — slack-jawed and vacant — pushes through the flesh of her back as though something is trying to emerge. Bone spines pierce her upper arm, a skull hangs at her waist, and her expression is a wide, gaping scream. Every angle tells a different horror story.
For Dungeon Masters, this miniature does exactly what a troll encounter should: it makes the players uncomfortable before initiative is even rolled. Whether you're running a corrupted swamp, a Ravenloft-adjacent body horror campaign, or simply want a troll that feels genuinely threatening rather than just large, this sculpt earns a place on your encounter table. Encounter Hook:
The party hears it before they see it — a wet, rhythmic crack of branches and a sound like two voices screaming in unison from a single throat. When it bursts through the treeline, one of the players notices the second face first. The healer immediately asks how fire damage interacts with the regeneration rules. Nobody answers because nobody wants to find out.
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base ships unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Some minor marks from support removal may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up before priming.
