This is pose 01 of our Troll Abomination range by Novaminis, and it is a sculpt that earns its place on the table. The figure is a towering mass of wrongness — a troll whose regenerative flesh has turned against it, sprouting secondary limbs, a half-absorbed figure clawing from its torso, and a cluster of grasping hands erupting from one outstretched arm. Two heads snarl from a single neck, tendrils trailing behind like torn sinew. The ragged wrappings at its legs and the skull trophies dangling at its belt mark this as something that has survived many battles — and grown stranger with each one.
For Dungeon Masters running encounters in fetid swamps, cursed ruins, or the blighted edges of a dark forest, this miniature carries the visual weight that a genuinely terrifying BBEG deserves. It is equally compelling as a display piece for collectors drawn to the grotesque end of fantasy creature design — the kind of sculpt that rewards a close look from every angle.

Encounter Hook:
The party finds the village shaman's notes scattered across the floor — sketches of a troll that kept returning, each time broader, each time with more mouths. When the barn door splinters inward at midnight, it is not the same creature they fought at the river. It has added something to itself. It is grinning with all of them.
Scaled to 32mm. Available with or without a plain black base — the base ships unattached and can be secured with a small amount of glue. The mini arrives ready to prime and paint, or use straight from the box. We do our best to ensure every piece leaves in great condition; as with any hand-finished piece, minor marks from support removal may occasionally occur and are easily tidied up.
