This is Troglodyte 05, the fifth pose in our troglodyte range from Yasashii Kyojin Studio — and it is a brute. Heavily muscled with thick, plated hide across the shoulders, this warrior stands wide-legged and chest-forward, one hand gripping a macuahuitl-style club studded with bone-like protrusions, the other raised with claws spread wide. The open-mawed roar, swept-back horns, and spiked shoulder hide all read immediately as something primal and dangerous — exactly the kind of Underdark ambush predator that should make even seasoned adventurers glance at their spell slots. A pronounced tail with a fin-like blade sweeps behind the figure, visible in the rear angle and adding real dynamism to the silhouette.
Whether you're running a troglodyte warren encounter, statting this out as a champion variant, or placing it at the front of a bestial warband, this sculpt brings genuine menace to the mat. It's equally at home as a display piece on a painting shelf — the muscular anatomy and surface texture reward careful layering and washes beautifully.

Encounter Hook:
The party tracks a missing patrol into the cave system and finds their equipment — stripped, stacked, and arranged like trophies. Then the dripping sound stops, and something enormous steps out from behind the stalagmites, club already raised.
Scaled to 32mm. Available with or without a plain black base — the base ships unattached and can be secured with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all resin printing, minor marks may occasionally be present and are straightforward to clean up with fine-grit sandpaper.
