Trogg Cannibal 02 by DM Stash

It doesn't roar, it doesn't charge — it simply crouches low, grins wide, and waits for something to come close enough to grab.

This is pose 2 of our Trogg Cannibal range, and it captures the creature at its most unsettling: hunched forward on all fours over a shattered rock base, body coiled with predatory patience, lips drawn back to reveal a mouthful of jagged teeth. The sculpt is packed with texture — matted fur across the shoulders and chest, warty mottled skin along the flanks, and a crude rope-tied loincloth that suggests just enough intelligence to make it more frightening. Long, grasping claws anchor the piece dramatically to its rocky terrain base, which is included as a separate piece for flexible mounting.
As a D&D encounter piece, this Trogg sits somewhere between a troll and something worse — the kind of creature that doesn't regenerate because it's resilient, but because it enjoys the process. It works equally well as a named cannibal boss lurking in a mountain pass, an ambush predator beneath a broken bridge, or a recurring nightmare that the party simply cannot put down for good. Off the table, the aggression and detail in this sculpt make it a rewarding display piece and a rich canvas for painters who want to go deep on texture work.
Brought to your table by adventurers who:
- Need a troll-adjacent monster that feels genuinely threatening rather than predictable
- Are building encounters in rugged wilderness, cave systems, or mountain lairs
- Want a second Trogg pose to pair with the first for a hunting pack dynamic
- Love a detailed sculpt that rewards careful layered painting — fur, skin, and stone all in one piece
- Collect display-worthy fantasy monsters as well as using them in play
Encounter Hook:
The bridge over the ravine was safe — until the party noticed the fresh bones stacked neatly beneath it. A low shape is already moving across the underside of the stonework, claws finding purchase where nothing else could, watching them with pale eyes and far too much patience.
Details
What's included: One Trogg Cannibal 02 miniature at 32mm scale. The decorative rocky terrain base is included as a separate piece — it fits and bonds cleanly, and the pose is sculpted to interact with it, so we recommend using both together. Some minor surface marks are possible as part of the printing process; these are straightforward to address before priming. Ready for paint straight out of the box.
