This is a war-beast built for campaigns where civilisation is still learning to tame the untameable. The triceratops itself is sculpted with the textured, leathery hide you'd expect of a creature that has survived countless charges — rough scales across the flanks, each horn long and battle-worn, and legs wrapped in cord bindings that speak of a beast only reluctantly domesticated. Armoured shoulder plates and a skull-decorated harness strap across its broad chest, giving it a tribal military aesthetic that reads immediately as belonging to a warmongering culture with very creative ideas about cavalry.

Mounted across its back is a timber howdah — a crenellated siege platform of planked wood, lashed into place with thick rope and braced with wooden poles. The battlements are compact but purposeful: this is not a ceremonial palanquin, it is a firing platform designed to carry soldiers above the chaos of melee and rain arrows down on whoever had the misfortune of standing in the way.
